The Weekend BANG! has arrived like a wrecking ball to give you all the latest and greatest info in the geek and gaming world. Sir Aaron Carter, Cory Vincent, The Real David Webb and Steven G, are all in attendance to go over all the stuff you want.

The BANG Gang starts off with a small overview of one of Netflix’s newest hits Luke Cage. Don’t worry it's a spoiler free addition. Soon after that they do some BANGing around the web, where they hit up a little Paladin news, and cover the big event of the week TwitchCon.

What's up Pizzas'?! Cory Vincent here and we have ourselves a doozy of an episode this week! We break the dust off of an old segment of the podcast 'Whattcha Playin?!' We also introduce a brand new theme song for the #BrainBANG segment. After that we jump into this weeks top stories which include news in the eSports World.

The Philedelphia 76ers acquired their own eSports team (Dignitas). The very next day an ownership group that includes members of the Golden State Warriors and Magic Johnson picked up Team Liquid. It looks like No Man's Sky is under official investigation for false advertising as well. We wrap up the show with our favorite new segment: Jessica's Gwensday Comicbook Corner!

VGB is back in the studio after an exhausting, yet rewarding, weekend at SacAnime... We have the regulars this week: Cory, Aaron, David, and Jessica! WE have a lot to cram into the one hour show and we start with a recap of our experience at this years SacAnime convention. The VGB crew was blown away by the amount of fan support at the last LIVE panel, and are extremely greatful to Roger Craig Smith for stopping by to put the proverbial icing on the cake.

This week we are hitting the video game news HARD. We talk about some of the specifics in regards to the new PS4 Pro edition. We talk about whether this is necessary, just a cash grab, and whether the world is equiped to handle 4k gaming. We also discuss the results of this weeks Twitter #BrainBANG  question about which childhood cartoon we would like to see get a reboot. Of course the show would not be complete without Jessica's comicbook Gwensday corner! 

Last but not least we let the chat decide the winner of our #Webbface social media challenge!

What's going on VGBangerz?! This weekend the 'ol BANG GANG was extremely busy covering one of our favorite home grown conventions: SacAnime! After a long day of shooting video, taking photos, shaking hands, kissing babies, and hosting the show live to a jam packed panel room, the team was exhausted... but because we love the podcast and all of it's listeners we decided to do the Weekend BANG! anyways!

This week we have an awesome guest who is doing big things in the eSports community, particularly in our home city of Sacramento, CA. Andrew Miller is the Co-Founder and Chairman of NRG eSports team and a co-owner of the Sacramento Kings. We talk to Andy about NRG's new Overwatch team (including superstar Seagull), the team's League of Legends relegation, the technological awesomeness that will be in the Golden 1 Center, and the potential signing of a top SMASH player. We also talk about some more recent additions to the NRG ownership group: Shaquille O'neal and Alex Rodriguez. Andy was so generous with is time that he answered some listener questions and even stuck around for gaming news!

In the news portion of the show we talk about No Man's Sky DLC, Major changes coming to Overwatch Season 2, and Jared Leto thinking that he was "tricked" into doing Suicide Squad.

 This week the BANG! GANG! consists of Sir Aaron Carter, Cory Vincent, David Webb and Lareesa. The crew (mainly Cory) is split on the movie Sausage Party. Lareesa is the type of simple minded sucker who would pay to see a movie that is only popular because it 'pushes boundaries' and has 'shock value', while Cory thinks its cheap,and has the ability to write up the show summary to not-so passive aggressively take shots at other people!

We also discuss No Man's Sky, and shoot silly string in Cory's face.. I guess you can say it was a pretty good show show.

We have a great show lined up for you this week as things get back to normal. Cory and Aaron are back from their adventures at E3 and Wizard World Sacramento and ready to get back in the studio and do the show we love with the people we love to do it with. We have The Real David Webb in the house along with our good friend Jessica: Maid of Might.
