What's going down folks Sir Aaron Carter here to bring you another banging episode of VGB’s Weekend Bang! and the usual suspects join me again. Cory Vincent’s back from his trial for stealing things, Steven Gutierrez hops on the mic to let people know he’s still in love with Ellen page, he doesn't care what she says and Madison Motta’s here telling people all the great spots to hide your weed.
Kicking off the show I try to pick the Bang Gangs brain a little about black characters in video games. Who are some of the big names and why aren't there more, I mean come on its black history month. When that got out of control we switch gears and move on to some tantalizing video game news stories. We spitball the ideas of Gears of War making its resurgence, What new features are making their way to Minecraft on the xbox 360, and then Cory tries to take over the show by interjecting a series of questions, as if he’s Alex Trebek.
After manhandling the show away from the clutches of Cory I, Sir Aaron Carter bring us back on track with a little more new. I expose the Bang Gang to a new game, for them, Guns of Icarus, and we discuss the upcoming Transformers game that might make you fall back in love with those robots in disguise, that is if you’re not Madison. Finally to wrap up the show we search the depths of Nerdreactor.com to bring you the “In Case You Missed It” for the week and give out thoughts on the new cast of the future Fantastic Four reboot. Will more Marvel movies me a hit in the box office? Will Cory stop smoking the ganja? Will Maddison ever except Transformers as the dominant race of robots? Will you finally understand what's going on in Sir Aaron Carter's head? All that and a crazy amount more on this week episode of the Weekend Bang!

What it do folks Sir Aaron Carter back again with another Videogame Bang! weekend Bang! Retro edition. You heard right, retro that means we break out the bell bottoms and afros, as Sir Carter takes you on a magical ride down videogame history lane. On the show Aaron is joined as always by Cory V showing everyone that for once in a console war he picked the right side. Jada puts her two cents too, bringing all of her video game history. Back by popular demand Adam Seay whos gaming career began with a system older than most, and all the way across the pond, Geek & Sundry’s very own Scott Tumilty, joins the Bang gang bringing all his expertise of classic games.
In the first half, after some entertaining nonsense talk, Sir Carter takes the gang from the first home console to hit the market, to the present, with a wikipedia lesson, and you might be very surprised to find out who started it all and who's now out the console game. Plus the gang finds out what the real race of pac-man is. After that the gang tackles the the latest in gaming news, retro themed of course, and discusses the current state of the godfather company of video games Nintendo, and where we see the future of the company’s software.
Wrapping up the show Sir Carter brings back a retro segment known as “The Top Ten” The gang uses all their gaming knowledge, which isn't much, to figure out what top ten games were ahead of their time according to a retro web site 1up.com, may 1up.com rest in peace. Who will take the crown in the latest VGB challenge? Will Nintendo recover from their latest failures? Are retro games even still relevant in this day and age? And what in the world is “Shark Shark”? All that plus is Black History Month here on the VGB Weekend Bang!
